*Delivery charge of $1 per mile for locations more than 60 miles from SLC city center

Photo Booth Rental Booking Terms and Conditions
A 10% deposit of total rental cost is required to book your photo booth rental.
To reserve your date fill in the form at our new Memory Boutique Store site or come in and visit us and try it before you buy it. Our Event Planner will return your request within 24 hours and place a courtesy hold for you while receiving your deposit.
